2006 Pro Circuit KX125 Build - Finished!

Motor done and buttoned up. All brand new but standard cylinder/head (for now).

Some more progress today - Raptor Apex footpegs

Carb hoses and all cable routing sorted.

Added a NOS Pro Circuit carb canister that I’ve had in the cupboard for a few years, as well as a Pro Circuit throttle wheel into the housing.
 

I got them from TM UK - they’re exact fitment with no modifications. The Raptor website also says newer YZF fitment pegs work, and I’ve heard pre-2016 KTM ones do also.

Factory KHI Nissin front caliper, fresh Ti hardware and new OEM seals (these things run two 30mm pistons!). KHI 270mm bracket on the way.

Just picked up the suspension from Nick at Pro Racing Suspension who’s done an incredible job as always! He’s revalved them and fitted new fork and shock springs too so i’m excited to see how they feel. 
 

49mm Pro Circuit Showa A Kit spring forks and matching 04 KX125 shock. Need to get the shock spring powdercoated - undecided old school blue or gunmetal grey like they use now?

Job done! Went for a 2023 Pro Circuit/Factory look and I’m chuffed with how it turned out!

It’s basically the 2023 PC Style but with the KRT logos like the GP team have instead of the Monster claws.

Thanks both, much appreciated! Yeah i’m not a fan of restyle kits at all - sometimes newer front fender/plate can be ok but otherwise i’m out. The OEM plastic of this gen is underrated in my opinion!
