Decided to post this in Old School, because its more appropriate and most of us old guys race Vintage currently and/or raced these bikes back in the day.
The 2022 AHRMA race season was a great one for us-- I won 2 +60 Mid Atlantic titles and finished # 2 in the Nationals , my son in law won 2 Mid Atlantic titles as well. But the season belonged to my 33 yo daughter.
She won all 4 AHRMA National Womens Expert Titles ( Vint MX, VInt XC, PV MX and PV XC), all 4 Womens National titles at AMA's VMD at Mid Ohio and also won 3 Mid Atlantic Regional Expert titles. Thats 11 titles.
Bigger surprise was this past weekend at our regional awards banquet in York Pa , the AHRMA National Committee awarded her with the IRENE SMITH TROPHY which is presented to the outstanding performance by a female racer in the off-road discplines. The trophy is similar to the NHL's Stanley cup that her named will be engraved on the base and stay there in perpetuity . She is able to keep the trophy for a year ,until next years recipient gets it..( hoping for a repeat ?
)
Anyway I'm SUPER PROUD of her and can't believe she's only been racing 3 and a half years and has become AHRMA's Women's Rider of the Year !!!

Congratulations to both you!
Very cool.
