Just bought a 79 cr125 for my first vintage build. Bought all the bearings/seals, rod kit, and had to buy a new head because the original looked so bad on the inside. Was wondering if anyone here had parts for the bike? Want to be able to race it so I’d like to have parts on hand like an extra cylinder and head. Also have had no luck trying to find a PFR pipe and silencer and was wondering how hard it would be to fit an 80 since those are available and if I’m spending 500 I’d like to have some confidence about the fitment. Any tips would be appreciated

The head I bought looks better internally but has a broken fin, this is the original. Does anyone know if this can be replated?

I would give Millennium Technologies a call, they do good work as I've had them fix a few cylinders for me.

an '80 pipe wont work. the 80's were center port cylinders

Have you tried Elderfield's for a pipe?
