alright i have a 07 yz250 and the front break worked goood all day i was riden at a track worked good and then i got home jus took it in our field and jus like that the break lever would jus go all the way in and no brake atll then i stopped and looked at it and if u pull the lever in really fast the break catches but let off jus a little the pressure goes away and jus sinks all the way in. so basicly if u slowly pull in the break theres nothin at all just goes all the way in and if u pull it really fast and quick it grabs and works good but then u let off a little bit jus goes all the way to the grip. i tried bleedin them the old fashin way then tried the seringe but prolly put more air doin that and now i got a power bleeder to see if that helps at all........ any one no what happend or whats wrong with it?????? o ya and in the resivour the brake fluid in when u pull it in slowly it bubbles so ya im confused

Check for a pin size hole in the brake line...sounds like you got one and it's sucking air in..Check near the fitting at the reservoir and at the caliper. Mine was about 2 inches from the bajo bolt..a rock hit the line just past my hand guard.

sounds like you need to reb the master cylinder.

I had to rebuild my YZ front master cylinder, and still couldn't get any pressure when I bled it.

I ended up using a mityvac to bleed it, and the lever pressure came up fine.

try pushing the piston into the caliper to push the brake fluid (and bubbles...not the chimp) into the master cylinder.

I would go with the master rebuild kit as someone previously recommended, sounds like if you've eliminated the leak in the line by replacing it with a new one and bled it properly, something internal in the master is probably causing the issue.

If there was a leak there would be fluid on the floor.

As mentioned try back bleeding it as there could be a bubble in the master cyl.

Not sure if they are the same but I have some CR reb kits. K&L may have an aftermarket listing.

I have had several YZ's with that new mastercyclinder on them go bad. I have tried a new rebuild kit in a couple but did not help. I finally just replaced the mastercyclinder with a new one. I think the material they make these mastercyclinders out of are very soft and the mastercyclinder gets a small amount of wear on it and then the seals will not hold back the pressures. Just my .02 worth.
