Want to buy an existing moto cross track

Just as the title states. Looking for an existing commercial moto facility to buy. Must have active permits in place. Only interested in commercial enterprises and not "backyard" tracks. Geographically we would consider any location except California. Contact us through our email : alpinedigs@yahoo.com. Thanks.

Look at south central Mx , in Edgewood tx, close to the dfw metro, and swan and Buffalo creek and Johnsonville Mx,
It was a awesome place 3 different tracks with room to expand, even did a couple cross country events there!
Not sure why they closed, I guess he just didn’t promote it enough

That has been fact checked and proved to be false by a message from Trey Klingfost (owner) himself. From what I have read SWAN is NOT for sale.
