So, are they worth rebuilding new? did these come on any bikes of the time or only aftermarket? Where they any good?

Yes they are decent and were only aftermarket if my memory is correct. Most Boge’s seem to have issues with the aluminum “gland nut” in the top of the bodies corroding and breaking and to my knowledge there are no current replacements available. I have a set of the originals (non-LTG) and I need nuts for those and if I come up with a work around or if I build some, I will keep you posted.
Just my 2 cents worth and someone else might know much more than I.

I have a pair of new seal nuts for the Mulholland MX shocks which I think are the same . I’m in the UK but will ship

They were stock on Jones Ammex without the fin coolers. Otherwise I think aftermarket. Would be cool on a restoration that isn't going to be raced.
