Troy Lee Designs/ Red bull GasGas Factory Racing's Justin Barcia was spotted at Glen Helen today ripping a MC 250F. Looks like Barcia wants the 250 spot on Team USA! Watch and give us your thoughts.

Would be awesome to see a 450 guy drop down and crush it - especially Barcia. Sure seems like he was sure having a hard time not pointing and shooting though…..

Tough call, Barcia or Craig. Barcia is lighter, but it's been a long time since he's been on a 250. Craig is heavier but he just smoked everyone in 250 Supercross and is on the Monster Yamaha which is the class of the field. Both are strong candidates so I'm cool either way. Hopefully this was Barcia getting a sense of how quickly he could get up to speed on the quarter-liter machine.

Barcia showing he wants it bad let him have it! Craig's never been great on a 250 outdoors.

Barcia has the fighting spirit and could likely muscle through the pack. His starts have sucked though and that gets doubled down in the 250. Craig has had better starts and been more consistent this outdoors. Not sure he’ll show the same aggression pushing through the pack on the 250. Tough call.

Totally agree, although Barcia is lighter which might help in the starts. Either way it's going to be our best team in a long time!
