This is the first time ever in all my years of wrenching on things that i have ever broken a spark plug off. I have a 2005 CRF 450 and just put the head back on and have everything torqued down and i decided to change the plug while i am there. I put the socket on it and start to lossen it and bingo the plug twists off and just the threads are in my head. Everything came out so all I have is the threads left. My question is has anyone had similar problems and will an EZ out be sufficient enough to get it out. Need it don tonight so I can ride tomoorrow! Thanks!
BTW nothing fell in, the whole plug from the electrode up with the ceramic came out. I could see the piston, sorta weird.

I relaced the piston,re plated the cylinder and fkushed the crank out with some kerosene while the bike was upside down.
Being a HONDA ( 94 CR250) I raced it for 4 years on that mauled crank!
