How is Tomac 4th in all tome World Supercross wins? Do they count McGrath, Carmichael wins in the years they didn't compete in the world championship? Like when they had the weird dual championships where you had to race the first 2 World rounds to be in the championship
Looks like stats carry over because the AMA SX series used to be an FIM World Championship.

The wins, points, etc. from WSX shouldn't be added to the record books. Let them start their own.

They say Stewart has 51 (idk where that 51 comes from), Reed has 44 (Reed didn't compete in WSX in 2004, 2005 or 2006 I think), and Villopoto has 41.

Seems everyone has forgotten that Anderson was the 2nd best sx rider in the world

McGrath wins are all before the fim world sx era which may explain things

Weird way to calc it, so even when the riders didn't compete towards the world supercross championship like Reed and Stewart in 2005 they still count as wins in the record book.

Wait FIM wasn’t involved in AMA SX last year though so why did they count those wins

Two strikes for Joseph there. Wrong second place finisher and told them to pop the champagne before they handed out trophies. Right as the FIM guys was about to hand them out. Whoops...

Started watching on the YouTube stream, and it wasn’t good, but after switching to a twitch stream, it was worlds better and saved this for me. Love zero down time. Look forward to seeing this getting sharper and in a flow. Imagine if Vince wins the championship…

Crazy that Tomac almost has a full Race lead and won't even compete at the final round

I watched it on BT Sport 7, better viewing than AMA as there was no commercials only rider and team interviews and wall to wall racing.

At least we did get any "What's your middle name?" "What's the most expensive thing you bought your girlfriend?" type of feature.

Saying how much of a joke this "World Championship" is without watching it wouldn't be fair and honest.

You're getting quite tiring in this thread.
He's reminding me of the movie "The Other Guys" where Mark Whalberg's character sarcastically learns how to dance to show them how stupid dancing is.
