How long have you been riding?
How tall are you?
How much do you weigh?
What would you use the bike for?
How much are you willing to spend?

answer these and you may get a better response.

If you like the XR80, but just need something a bit bigger, try a TTR125L, KLX125L, or DRZ125L.

If you want something much faster, maybe a 2-stroke 125 would fit the bill. Understand though, they'll need more maintenance and are much louder, as they're race bikes.

Get a cr or a yz 80. If you can learn how to ride one you can ride anything.

Agreed, he is a little too heavy for a 450.
