Do you have brake tips for 22 YZ250F?

2 questions.

Can you make them in a 5mm down and 5mm back configuration for a KTM?

And can you do the “open” type peg that Raptor does?

I want to buy a set and was going to when these were posted earlier in the year but….. this popped up and it never seemed to get corrected. At least from the last update on the thread. Did you end up making it right and what was the cause for it bending and cracking??

Hello,

Unfortunately we had a bad batch and a few have had some issues. This was a while ago, and since then, all of the issues have been resolved.

This customer in particular was happy with the pegs, but we were having supply issues and had to wait a longer period to get more in stock. Because of this I could not replace them right away, but told him as soon as they came in, that I would send him a replacement pair. During this "waiting period" rather than contact me direct, he would then go post these posts on Vital complaining, without giving me an opportunity to satisfy exactly what he wanted. I had offered to give him a refund, but he chose the replacement option knowing it would take some time.

If you are unhappy with the product (ie. if there happen to be any issues) then we are happy to offer a refund or product replacement. We would just appreciate the opportunity to do so if you direct message us, rather than us seeing posts like this without being given the opportunity to fix it.

Please let me know if I can answer any other questions!

If you can get a brake tip for a 22’ CRF, I’ll take two of them!
Also, props for addressing that previous posters issue. Sometimes people don’t even give you a chance
Thanks

Bullshit…. We had been texting, you said you would send out another set, and then You disappeared until now… I have since bought pegs from Works Connection and they are very high quality and still look new after many hrs of use…if a 50+ rider can bend your pegs and the center cleat falls off, it’s not something I would recommend for anyone that really rides hard…

We had been texting and I told you I would send you a replacement pair. The issue was my supply chain. I did not disappear, I was simply waiting for the pegs which took way longer than I anticipated. This is why I offered you a refund. It was your choice to decline it and wait for the pegs.
Rather than message me with any dissatisfaction and give me an opportunity to correct it, you chose to go on here and badmouth me instead.
This could have been easily resolved, but I wasn't given the chance to resolve it peacefully without you saying negative and unjust things.
