I think he wants to know, how much Cyan, Magenta, yellow and black is in Kawasaki Green colour. Maybe he wants to print stickers for plastics and he needs exact pantone.

Ask some graphic company which produce stickers for plastics.

I found this on web, but not sure if it goes for 2013 series:

I used RGB: 59, 247, 59

Turned out almost like the plastics.

Base Material is SIHL3988!

Used a sprectrometer to calibrate the base material.

The exact CMYK values will vary depending on what printer you are using,the settings in the rip, the materials , and ICC profile. Even the laminate can change the hue enough to take a perfect match from perfect to kinda close .How you save the file ( colorspace) will also impact the color output Even the tem and humidity will also change it slightly. If you find somebody with the same printer and materials that you are using , that will get you close. But you will still have to tweak it. It is more of a question for a sign making forum than a MX forum. Roland has a color chart built into the RIP software that you can print out on the material you want to use for the finished decals, laminate it with the same laminate you will use and then you can go outside and check to see which color is the best match. LED lights will also change how the colors look so make sure you look at the prints outside on a sunny day. Even overcast days will have an effect on the tint of a color so try and match it in the type of environment the decal will be viewed in for the best results. I'm sure you know most of that but if you have been trying for a match for 6 years maybe you don't. Good luck!
