Bunker Hill in Delta is pretty good. I was there for the LLQ & the regional so not sure on a normal day but I know they also ran some sort of off road race this year too.

You’ve got a variety within a fairly short distance. Jordan River is fun. Tooele has a fun track with some huge jumps, Ogden has one, Delta is a bit further, Huntington has a nice track but even further, Price has a fun if never groomed track. It’s been a few years since I’ve ridden so I know there are plenty of Utah guys on here who can give you more current info.

Definitely hit Bunker if you get the chance. Made the trip there from Vegas once to see what it was about. If its prepped right, the dirt is amazing. Bit of variety and usually some good step-up/step-downs too.
