I got my hands on a Yoshimura muffler for a 2017 kx250f and it was ran on said bike for about a month. Yada Yada sold it I now have a 2016 kx450f and 2020 kx450.
I put it on the 16 450, it barely bolts on but it’s enough for me to be comfortable riding it. The bike sputtered when started and seemed a little unhappy. I figure it will take time to essentially “learn”. Maybe I’m a retard and in the dark here. I was really hoping to find a way to get it on the ‘20 but the way they changed the exhaust makes it impossible. Anyone ever ran a 250 pipe? They look sooo much better especially on the 20 since Kawi decided to leave it hanging out so far.

When I was little, I REALLY wanted to put a 250 2 stroke expansion chamber on my XR80 because I thought they looked badass.

WTF thread of 2022. Just put your stock pipe back on the 450 and sell the 250 pipe.

Run it, those engineers don’t know what they’re doing.

Just give it some more time, might take a few semesters for it to figure it out. College is all about experimenting with things.

When I was little I wanted a Powroll cam for my MR50. For some odd reason they didn't make a cam for that bike. Smile
