Hey guys,

Looking to retrofit a 2013-2015 set of PSF1 Air Forks to my 2021 KX450.

I know the axle changed in 2019, and from what I can tell - I should be able to use the 2015 forks, with a 2015 axle and spacers, with the 21 front wheel.

Can any die-hard Kawi guys confirm that?

Might check with Technical Touch USA. They may have newer fork lugs to allow you to use the current wheel.

Per technical touch part catalogue, you would need 21+ kx250f fork lugs. They will simply bolt on that gen fork. You can buy stock cast options (about $300 for a new set) or the fancy $700 billet option. Both would work.
I actually have a set of take off stock lugs from a 21 kx250f from a previous fork project. Let me know if you’re interested.

Only other thing is the 19+ forks are 5mm shorter so don’t assume the 5mm line is the same height on both.

I'm putting a set of 21 forks on my 2016 kx450f. Maybe we could work out a front wheel, axle, and spacer trade? Im in Delaware so I would need to ship it to you. Thanks

Axle, spacers, and wheel bearings. Give FasterUSA a call in SoCal. They can probably set you up with bearings.
