Anyone else having issues with MavTv?

I signed up thru the app on my phone and it works fine there but I cannot sign on with any other device. The login will only work with the app on my phone. There is this message on the website "If you signed up through a device like Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android Tablet/Phone or iPad/iPhone, you will need to select "Restore Purchase" through the corresponding device using the new MAVTV Plus app. This will add your existing Lucas Oil Racing TV subscription to our master database for use with all MAVTV Plus app platforms". I cannot find restore purchase on the app. Sent a email last week and no response.

Did you verify your email? They send an email to verify your account so you can log into other devices. Check spam, etc. If you haven't and don't see it

Got that and a password. But will only work on my phone.

I had the same problem. I had to email their customer support and they refreshed my account. This is the message they sent me. And this did fix my problem.

Got it..had to reset my password thru my phone. Now it works. I logged out and back in.

use airplay to cast to TV. I use it all the time on my iPhone as well as my Gen1 IPad (yea, I know, I'm cheap)

Not sure, as I only use my Iphone and haven't tried it. But if it can be viewed via a web browser, the video can be pushed to a larger monitor.

I cant find the MAVTV app on my Sony TVs Google Play store. There’s Lucas Oil TV, but no MAVTV. 🤷🏼‍♂️

So as of now, will have to broadcast off my phone to watch it on the bigger screen. Which is what it is, but a lot of people aren’t going to go through the hassle of that, and won’t watch.

I signed up last Saturday. Paid. I got an email notification Tuesday that I was refunded and now I "don't have proper privileges". Always something.

I didn’t see one available. I was scratching my head after looking for apps on several devices, but I’ve settled on casting to my TV from chrome on my laptop and it works great. Hope that helps.
