A new bike in '24 would be a 5 year life of this current chassis. The bike is excellent. Doesn't need upgrading to be competitive as it already is although I'm sure a new bike would improve sales for '23.

2019 2020 2021 2022 2023 2024 that's the 6th year not sure what math your doing but its not correct either way 2023 would be the 5th year on this model so it will be all new because every 4 years is the standard for Japanese model's for major upgrades but covid changed that to 5 as production slowed
Not sure why you'd count '24 if that's a new bike. I think you may need to recheck your own math.
its okay common core math has done permanent damage to your brain because in the real world we use regular math but Bill Gates is one evil man so i don't blame you for falling victim to his Luciferian ways

johndog - your math sucks and you probably haven't ridden the latest KTM, Yamaha and Honda's if you think Kawi needs to update this bike to "stay competitive".

IMO the KTM and Honda took steps backwards with their new chassis, and the Yamaha only suits some people really well.
kyle it appears you ride a clapped out POS 2 stroke and cannot afford a real modern 450 but its okay mommy will buy it for you and maybe she will help you learn regular math too and Mr. Afterbar can be your classmate

This conversation deteriorated rapidly...to summarize...Looks like the new 450 will be a 24 and not a 23. COVID pushed out development timelines. Vital rocks at math. Miss anything?

in summary you and the other common core math people think the 2023 will be the same bike which it wont as the spy photos prove and you all cannot afford it anyways so all is good in the universe

It’s possible it will have some revisions. IE new frame. But same/ similar motor.

I believe the current bike was due to be launched in ‘20 but launch was pushed up to ‘19. If they went back to the 4 year cycle for new bikes, ‘24 would be right.

……and clearly the current bike is still very competitive so no need to rush the new one.

What about the 23 Kawi? I’m getting a new bike soon and would buy a 22 KX if the 23 is the same.

I tested out of having to take math courses in college so I'd say my math skills are above average. We are however talking about the simplest form of math in adding single digit numbers which you are clearly incapable of. GTFO noob!

Those houses look like some make shift tobacco shops covered in cardboard, flat roofs with satellite dishes on the front of the house. Sorry man but I was expecting more from this hippy house critic.

Only reason I say anything is this guy said something about a home I did build with my bare hands. No worries, just needed to express myself.

Does mud burn?

I kid, I kid. I've spent a fair amount of time in New Mexico and I really appreciate that it is so unique.

Who would have thought a 2023 KX450 thread would have caused a classic Vital meltdown? I really feel john had more to offer if he just could have worked his way out of this emotionally charged and controversial thread.

Didnt realize you are in Las Cruces! I was stationed at Holloman AFB back in the mid/late 70s. Had 2 great tracks on Base and raced at a place called La Luz Speedway. A life time ago! Would like to see what Alamogordo looks like today?

Damn Sandy, of all the people on Vital I wouldn't expect you to act like such a cuck. Thought Suzuki riders had more armour for attacks. But let’s squash this beef, I like your style. What's your IG? I'll follow you as a truce offering,

With that said, my company pays for this house and I don't really give a fuckkkk what it looks like or if it's constructed of dildos and toilet paper, the price is right.

Man, I love it here.

There’s not shit for tracks here anymore, but desert corner tracks and trails in every direction.

Damn. This picture makes me want to live in the desert, not some shithole where it's been raining since November like I do now.

My Mom lives in Vancouver, WA - I love summers there, but the other 9 months can suck it. Go south, bro.

Yeah I'm about 30 minutes north. June can be hit or miss sometimes but July-September is usually awesome. This spring has been a complete bitch. Non stop rain.

I know Kelso well, I really like how the town is situated along the river. Very cool place when the sun is out, I get why people choose to call it home.

After living in California, Arizona, Washington, Texas, Montana, NYC (midtown) & having this house in New Mexico - I've come to the conclusion everywhere has its pro's and con's, and there's no perfect place to live.

My goal is to have a house on a lake in Montana for summers and ski trips, and keep a place on the beach somewhere for winters. We're trying to convince my fiance's company to allow her to be fully remote so we can ditch our Laguna condo and find a house on the water in Florida. Bouncing between Montana and Florida would be ideal.

It's all good I just needed to set the universe straight. My hippie ass wants to know what's up with the 23 Kawi. I'm ready for a new bike.

I don't have IG, I want to be the only guy at the club pulling chicks without social media.
