Since 6 weeks now i‘am in COVID Lockdown for Unvaccinated People
For me it’s not that bad because i travel a lot in Europe for my Company but when i‘m at Home i can do nothing so i decide to rebuilt my TC 300 2021

She has now around 30 Hours so i don‘t make that Full Bike Built like many other‘s here but want to change/Update something and some Aftermarket Parts

Clutch Cover and Footpegs go out for cleaning and Ceracoating in Black
It’s not very Popular in Austria but i find a Company but it’s expensive for Clutch Cover and Pegs 250€

Frame sent out for cleaning and Powdercoating in Black as i don’t like the 2021 Husky Blue

What type of wire brush is in that pic and is that what you used on the pipe? Any chemicals to assist?

Get it from a Tool Shop , Red is soft grey is harder
Used the grey for Swingarm and Pipe and use some WD 40 to assist

Brand is Lukas it’s Made in Germany
Important it’s the Nylon Brush not the Stainless

Get some Parts back
Clutch Cover and Pegs Ceracoating in Black




Head is cut down from 2mm to 1,5 mm Sqish and Suspension was out for Service

Did some Maintenance on the Mikuni with new Cable , Gasket Kit and for safety the JD -Jet Block Gasket
