MX track for sale. HELP!

So there is a local MX track for sale here in North Dakota. The track is Turtle River MX located in Larimore North Dakota. The track is on 40+ acres with a creek that flows through the property so you can always have water. The owner is asking $150,000 OBO. Comes with tractor and attachments. Also an older water truck. There is also two water pumps on property. I am currently not able to do any financing but not wanting to see the track go to waste nor be ran down hill. So I’m posting on here to reach out to any of you willing to purchase or even think about purchasing a track. I just want to see the sport thrive and become part of many kids lives being able to ride and get out of the house. If any more info is needed please reply.

I’m not selling it. I just know it’s for sale. Heck I’m willing to run it and devote my time to it for no cost. Got two little kids that’s about to be riding. I just want a place to ride for running it.

Form a non profit club if you do get your hands on it. That will considerably reduce the risk for any/all involved. Ideally you buy it and lease it to the non profit for a dollar a year, or some minimal amount.

Way to far north for me, but good luck!

That 150k buys you the equipment too.
Not sure how many riders that track pulls in and what the acceptable ride fee is, but that's crazy cheap.

Local track in the area has about 120 racers per event. They have their own series. You could possibly get on with them to run there every other weekend and be in the series. Also after a few track updates exp… add some jumps and more berms. You could possible get in with the bigger series of tracks that have around 300 riders a race.
