He made the mains at Atlanta with ease last year on a mostly stock bike. The team Tedder bike is as good as the RMATV bike. He’ll make mains and he’ll be top 12-15 at times.

There's 12 factory riders. Wilson is the weakest but I don't see hill beating wilson
Then u still have joey savatgy, mcelrath, Justin bogle
brayton who will beat hill.
That's 16th then he will be fighting with the likes of Alex Martin, hartranft, Max anstie and oldenberg in the lcq and it wouldn't suprise me to see him behind all those. Then there's still the likes of Freddy noren, chiz, cade and the likes. But I expect to see him in front of those.
Holy sh*t when you lay it out there like that… what a season we are in for. Wish we could get more eyes on the battles through the pack.

One thing I like about Josh, is he is willing to line up anywhere anytime. So many guys have too much ego once they are off the factory train, afraid to line up and get beat. I get the injury thing. But to see him out there just doing his best still is awesome.

If he couldnt make the mains he would have never got the chance to do what hes about to do, you hve to remember, this dude aint afraid to sac up and hit some jumps that will knock 2-3seconds off the laptimes that others wont even think twice to jump.

When you look at it like this, its gonna take less effort to ride the laps than the other dudes and its gonna be faster. Food for thot.

I think his monster sponsorship gives him the seat. But he is there best chance to make the mains. I feel there's a decent gap between the non factory teams mcr, rm-ktm, twisted Suzuki and the privateer teams and riders.
It will also be interesting to see who wins in the hill bro battle.
Josh's raced 3 rounds at Atlanta last year and results were dnq, 16,17
He raced the last few in 2018 and went 21,16,19
Being rd1 and no riders out I don't expect his results to be any better then that.
Not hating just being realistic due to the numbers on the grid. There's like 14 top 10 guys this year.

If the stark vids are any indication he’s wildly out of shape

No matter how Josh or Justin do, they'll both be fun to watch!
Best part is both the Hills are excited when there's funky big triples or quads. Always entertaining to watch and root for the (near) hometown favorites.

You know, Josh has won 1 or 2 of these things. He knows how to get it done.
