Supercrosslive.tv impossible to cancel

Has anyone else had trouble cancelling auto-renew on Supercrosslive.tv? Every time I click on my profile to change the settings and cancel auto-renew I get a message that says "Something went wrong". Tried contacting supercrosslive.tv by email and they have been of no help. They say they are unable to turn auto-renew off and that it must be done by the user. I've tried multiple browsers, clearing cookies, clearing caches, incognito mode, etc with no luck. My only option now is to call my credit card company. Very frustrating.....

Yeah i have the same issue. When is the date when it autoreniews?

I believe it auto-renews on the same day you purchased the subscription last year.

I don’t know if this helps in your situation, but I had a similar problem with Directv a few years ago. My monthly bill was being charged to my credit card on file. Long story short I could never get through to cancel, endless waiting on the phone and my calls being dropped. I finally reported my credit card lost. That made it so they couldn’t charge to my card due to account info changing and they started contacting me.

Not sure if you can get this far, but to get out of subscriptions like that I’ve had good luck updating my billing information and intentionally entering my credit card number wrong. Keeps you from having to cancel, and they’re usually more than happy to take a new card number. When it comes time to charge it, it won’t work. Then they end up contacting you and suddenly you have the upper hand.

Yes, same problem. I've decided to cancel my credit card, as my credit card company cannot prevent transactions. They can only review charges that I dispute. Sounds like a lengthy process so just easier to cancel my credit card. It's too bad that Supercrosslive.tv can't help with this. Seems ridiculous to me.
