E Bikes for Kids...

I saw the discussion on the KTM E 50 thread and figured I would throw out another option which I feel to be superior at first glance for young kids. My friends kid has one of these and although it's not as beefy as the KTM these Torrots are plenty of bike for a 3-6yr old, and they make a bigger size for 6-9yr olds. Unless your kid is a young RC or JS, these bikes will be more than enough. I've heard complaints about recharging or changing batteries in the KTM? Well, this battery can be changed out in 10 seconds and the kid is on his way again. It pulls out from behind under the rear fender and it's secured in place by a strap. No tools, just pull it out and pop another one in.

Also, this bike can be controlled with your phone. You can adjust power settings, throttle, throttle response, etc...you can also setup a geo fence and you can kill the bike if you see your kid headed for a wall or street, They aren't cheap but this would be my go to bike for a 3-6yr old. Light as a feather as well. I think this little guy runs about $3500 for the Kids Motocross 1.
