I personally don’t understand the “government behind it all” conspiracy.
The issue has been a fucking nightmare for governments, and has effected governments left and right leaning.
It has contributed to election losses, economy issues etc.
I don’t think there is any government enjoying this.

So to believe that they secretly organised a massive, worldwide hoax is just ridiculous.

And to then think that every government in the world is in cahoots over this is even more so.
