2019 fx350 cutting out problem?

Not sure what’s wrong with it, it hesitates while Reving it up and some times dies out while reving up, when riding around at like quarter throttle the bike revs up and down on it’s own, like power is cutting in and out, has anyone had this issue with there’s or any idea we’re I should start to fix it? bike has 50 hours on it and not ridden hard, I’ve already drained gas and new fuel line filter, not real sure we’re to start on figuring out the issue.

Change spark plug and inspect sparkplug cap. Check all grounding fasteners and subframe bolts.

Make sure the fuel line filter is fresh.

I second this after chasing a similar sounding gremlin for weeks.

I’ve had the same exact problem on my 2018 husky FX 350, and I found it at one point it seem to be the idle screw, if I went below the setpoint it was at or above it it seem to eliminated, but then the idle would be slightly too low or a little too high, you might want to check the adjustment on your throttle cables and make sure the cold start button is working properly I think thatCan have an effect on it too. Let us know how you resolve your issue? Hope it helps!

I’ve tried everything everyone has mentioned still no luck, I pulled the injector and had Some black build up on it, im thinking it’s clogged, I ordered a new one, hoping that’s the issue.

Did you actually swap out the spark plug cap? I don't think you can actually see when one is cracked, at least I couldn't.

I had similar issues on my old KTM, cleaned the injector in a ultrasoundwasher and it did the trick.

That’s great to hear, I have a 2018 FX 350. For future reference can you let us know how much the new injector cost?
I was researching and motion pro makes an injector cleaner, kind of a trick little set up and it allows you to clean your injector in the future you might wanna check that out. One more thing I was wondering how many hours, How many hours do you have on your machine now? I have 145 hours on mine and it’s still going strong. Have you had to put a new clutch in yours, I have not and it seems to work fine, but I feel like it should be time to replace it….,?

On rocky mountain Mc it’s was 175$, I thought about buying the motion pro cleaning tool but the cost was the same, would prolly be a good tool to have for the future tho, I only have 55 hours on mine, thinking I might of got into some bad fuel or something is the reason for the problem. Clutch is stock on mine still.

Well thanks for the good information, if I run into the same problem in the future, at least I’ll know what to look at first and check out. That damn fuel injector! I guess carburetors are becoming a thing of the past….
