Custom graphics help

I just purchased a YCF 190 bigy pit bike about a week ago. My "spoke with my smaller wallet" thread is somewhere on here close by. Ive reached out to two companies already to get some graphics made with no luck. I have the template for my bike in an AI file. To match the rest of my stable, I'm going blue. Front plate and fender will be swapped to the YZ85. Just looking for that super stock look, similar to Chad Reeds Yz250. If anyone can help drop a message or email bfrisch884@gmail.com

I know this is old but were you able to find a company that you could customize and make your own graphics?

Since you have a template in AI file can you send it to me via email (hondacr250r@sbcglobal.net). Motocal.com just needs your template then you can customize it anyway you like.

Since you have a template in AI file can you send it to me via email (hondacr250r@sbcglobal.net). Motocal.com just needs your template then you can customize it anyway you like.
I too just bought 2 new 2021 YCF bigy bikes and want to customize some graphics

I used stickman, came out good, the shrouds have some angles that i could not work out some bubbles, seems a cut along the edge of the angle w ould make it easier.

Used spec bolt nickel on everything thay made sense, drilled the triple clamp to mount the hour meter

How do you like your bike? YCF seems to be built strong. My 2 2021's are on the boat coming over to the states. Can't wait to build them. I have tons of crap for them like anodized parts. Red for my 150 and Green for my 190 Daytona. Let me know who you like them and if there is anything I should look out for

I have a BIGY on the floor for sale. If you want graphics we can try to scan it and get a template. I am a YCF dealer and we do graphics as well!!

That would be a great help. I had one company ask for an AI file. Which I have no idea what that is. I also wonder if having one of the YCF BigY sticker kits from wholesale-cycle.com would help a Graphics company with the dimensions. The backing you pull off before you put the sticker on should help. I bought 2 - 2021 BigY bikes a 150MX for my lady and for me BigY Daytona 190cc Factory. They are in route in a container being shipped from china so I was told.

Bike is solid, i did replace most of the bolts as i said earlier, only failed item was the engine stop button, so i repalced that wit a ktm style. Tires suck on a real mx track, so will replace those soon. Put odi grips on, had to make some adjustments to the throttle cam, easy enough. Had an extra WC clutch lever. Bought and put on a quiter exhaust slip on so i could play in my yard. Put on pod filter, made jetting adjustments. Overall happy as it does rip pretty good.

Glad to hear it. I just can't wait for my bikes to get here. Replacing bolts was already on my to do list. Once I get them I have a box full of upgrades and will post before and after pics.

By the looks of the fork ENGI tubes. Do you know what the measurements of the tubes/clamps are? Are they 48/48 or 48/45?
