21 FC250 bogging/cutting out in corners

I just started having this problem yesterday, it was a very hot day for the UK at 31 degrees c and I did crash but nothing major.

I went back out in the late afternoon and when tipping the bike over in left hand corner it bogged down massively and cut out then going back to the pits if I give it a few revs it would bog down and do the same.

The bike has a vortex ignition and fmf exhaust system, I have thought the power has dropped off slightly lately but maybe over thinking this.

Any advice would be great I’m hoping it’s nothing major.

How many hours? First thought is going to be clogged fuel filters.

Changed it probably 5 hours a go but I’ve got a few spare so might try that

The spark plug caps are notorious for cracking in a crash, I don't know how or why. But that might be what happened to yours if it seems like something electrical.

Is it doing that only after a long moto or is it a continuous issue?

At the end of a long moto 30 mins, first time it’s done it

Yep. Happened to me on my 2019 FC 450. Took a while to find it, when the bike finally just wouldn’t run.

Common. I believe it’s from the gas getting hot but can’t prove it.

Yes, just the blue cap, it is about a 30 dollar part and you just unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. 5 minute job.

Try wrapping the tank with thermal tape. I had a similar problem occur about 45 minutes into harescrambles on my KTM.

Did you get this figured out? My 2021 350 SX with a Vortex just started doing this at a hare scramble today. The bike ran great in practice but the whole race it would bog on the low end of third and fourth gear. My first thought is to recalibrate the TPS but I’m not sure.
