Leatt’s distribution has made the move from Southern California to Reno Nevada and needs skilled local talent to aid in our success.

In search of employees of all skill levels for distribution work including but not limited to: shipping/receiving, picking/packing, Customer/Dealer support, Supervisory, and Management.

Multiple positions available:

Picker / Stocker
Picking Expert
Receiver
Receiver Expert
Shipper
Shipping Expert
Warehouse Lead
Warehouse Manager
Dealer / Customer Support
Skills / Qualifications: Adherence / Safety / Dependability / Data Entry / Organization / Deadline Oriented

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Compensation for all positions is determined upon evaluation and/or experience.

Any need for industrial maintenance? I’m 20 year ski lift technician with a background in PLC logic, low voltage electrical and basically conveyor maintenance. Total moto head with 2 young off-road racers.

Damn, would be highly interested if you would open a warehouse in northeast Florida. 14 years experience in warehouse and shipping, started as a floor worker and ended as a warehouse supervisor to move to logistics side of things now doing sales and contracts.
Would be interested in a home base position with some travel. Preston Tyson 904-838-1642 college graduate

Seems like a great opportunity for the right people !
Are there any outlying areas that would be desirable but not quite as high of median home prices? After a quick glance the immediate area has what I would consider “ high”
housing prices .... $450k + for decent homes.

Reno/Sparks home prices are ridiculous right now when you have Californians (and other locations, but mainly CA) coming over and easily affording our "high" house prices with cash. They either move here to work remotely in their current job, or are retiring.

You would most likely need to look to Fernley, or in the outskirts of the North Valleys in Reno/Sparks to get into the 300's. Our infrastructure is also having a hard time keeping up so traffic commutes will suck.

Not enough inventory to keep up with demand of people looking to move to our area.

Those of us in Northern California have the exact same problems. They stem from the Bay Area.
