Was it free?

I thought I read you had to buy a membership to the track?

Just curious.

i mean really, do you guys think james didnt make anything by doing the ride day? im sure yamaha, answer, and redbull all kicked some money his way. how about t-shirt sales? or anything with JS7 on it? i dont really care that he made money or the fact chad did as well for putting on a sx series. what these guys are doing for the sport by doing these events should be the topic of this tread.

If bubba had raced the german GP this weekend more fans would have got to seem him race than his ride day which is alot easier to do that create a sx series in ur own country.

One of the coolest things I've ever heard a rider do.
Taking care of Lenny, the 2stroke thing, the mixing with the unwashed.
For whatever reason, he's off this summer , why not?

How come I knew someone would say this. We'll just have to sit and wait to see if that invite ever comes. Even if Reed did, he would just be copying James Stewart, because Stewart was the first rider in history to think about giving back to his fans in this way.

Also, do you really think Reed would do a Ride Day in America? Remember he's not from the USA.
If you think that stewie is the first rider in history to have a ride day with his fans,

you really are a blockhead. Laughing

However, all the posters were gone but she saw this guy waving at our daughter. The guy somehow had an extra poster and kindly gave it to my wife so stewart could sign it.
When I got back from my moto my wife told me what had happened and how this nice guy gave her, his poster. Then a few minutes a guy with a hat walked by and she point him out to me, and told me that was the guy.
Now that I see your picture and know what you look like, (you guessed it) it was you BL...So I want to thank you for doing that and being kind to my family.

There's a certain amount of coolness and finesse to carry the "Big" title, Thus Big James, Big Rick, and Big Lenny...Big Huck is what we'd call a big turd....

Very cool of James to spend a day with the fans. Definitely can't see Reed doing something like that after some of the things I've witnessed at the races.

I had to take some Dramamine after watching that vid, though.

If you had chosen not to make that last comment, I would have retained a little more respect for your opinions as a motojournalist. Oh well.

I'm pretty sure that the reason that Big Rick and Big James are named that...is because their children also share their names... You on the other hand...

Seems like your in the know.

Im pretty sure the majority of bubba's fans would much rather see him race the nationals than show up and show off at what was nothing more than a promo tour for him JSE and Redbull.

someone just got owned........Smile

So was "The Man" and the best mechanic in the business.

Love the story about you giving away the poster BL. Very thoughtless of you mate.

Who needs a poster when you got a jersey anyway aye??
