I have 2 extra sets of DLC forks tubes ready to go. No waiting & no exchanging ๐Ÿ˜
They are new used meaning they were pulled from a used customers bike, coated & never put back on. Will fit all modern 2006-2021 big bike 48mm Yamaha forks (125-250-250f-450f). May fit other year KXF & RMZ stuff too but Iโ€™m not 100% on what years were Showa vs KYB.
$350

If you want yours done in TiN (gold) or a new copper/bronze/purple color (depends on what angle you view it from) send them to me stripped & I can do them for $300.

Thanks!

One set sold to CHaynes. Payment has been received.

I have one set left that should be sold at lunchtime after he sends payment.

I have received about 8 PMโ€™s in addition to the posts so I do apologize if you didnโ€™t get a set. I replied to all & did let everyone know that the first to send payment gets them. That being said I can always coat yours or if I get another set in I will post them here for sale.
Thanks everyone ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Yes I can do Showa 47mm. I can do any size really as long as the base material is good condition.
Shoot me a PM with your # & I can call you to discuss or send pics of the different ones I have done. Thanks

Thanks GKR.

Both sets are now sold.

If anyone needs or wants a set I can still coat yours for $300 or check back with me in 1-2 months & I may have another set available.
Thanks everyone!

Hi Ryan625,
I can however that blue is not a real TiN coating. Because of that it does not last & stay looking nice for very long, specially if you ride a lot. I tell everyone NOT to do that color unless you are building a wall hanger... If you still want it we can do it but you will need to sign off that you understand the risks involved.
The reason it always looks so fresh & clean on the factory bikes though is bc they have 50 sets that get changed out every week.

Check this shock shaft out. I did not do this one but still a great example. When he built it the blue shaft was like the blue bladder cap. Now look at it...๐Ÿ˜ณ

Ouch! That is brutal!!

Do you have any familiarity with the new shades of DLC that companies like Luxon now offer?

Yep to an extent... All the platers have their own โ€œsecret sauceโ€ when it comes to the colored looking trick stuff. What gas is introduced into the chamber at what time at what rate at what temperature all yield different results. Industry standards for coatings like TiN or a DLC are one thing but the boutique stuff is to each their own ๐Ÿ˜Ž
