my 2011 KX250f misfires like crazy after washing it, definitely an spark/electrical issue. I didn’t power wash it, Plugged the exhaust too. And i’ve already cleaned/ blew out most electrical connections with air. Bike ran perfectly at the track earlier. Here’s a video of how it runs, it smokes a ton too which you cant see really in the video and smells like unburnt gas https://youtu.be/T0vNBR_dXKg

Take all electrical connections and connections apart . Then clean them and lubricate them with dielectric grease.

We did this to almost every connection we could easily get to, but we didn't grease them. Also tried other things like disconnecting the kill switch incase it was wet and made sure the airbox was dry. nothing worked Sad

Get to the rest of the connections. Add dielectric grease to each one.

X2 plus do this on every wire mount to the frame as well. All it take is one bad, dirty, rusted corroded or wet connection to cause these issues. ( even the ones that are not easy to get to.) Use spray Super Clean or spray electrical contact cleaner on each prior to adding the grease. The video seems to indicate that the spark plug is wet or the connector to the plug is bad. Check for a bright Blue spark at the plug.
