He caught the other rider (I don't remember who it was) at the end of the sand whoops. Not sure what he was mad about, but he gave him a little fist shake as he went by at the base of the jump, and let him know that he was number one while in the air over the jump.

It was by far NOT one of the most shocking moments in motocross, but it was a little surprising, especially considering the large lead he had at the time.
Didnt the lapper roll the wall before the whoops and send a huge rooster tail back on top of Mike? I may be wrong, but thats what I remember.

mike and the alessi's are drama queens. i think he got a little big headed and probably over confident, got careless when he hurt his knee. and all his talk about coming back and winning the championship...that is a big pile of bullshit. what an idiot. i guess he could always jump on reed's bike and try to pull it off the track at every race like he did to IT's a few years back
