When we sat down in our seats to watch the qualifying, we all agreed that having the track feed right back over the first turn was stupid and was gonna cause problems. Boy did it! Multiple first turn incidents that left riders on the ground with the field jumping into them out of the rhythm section. You could see the dig dugs and the downed riders in a state of panic knowing 20 guys were about to double over them. It was only 10-12 seconds between clearing the first turn and coming back through it. Seriously unsafe.

Yeah, pretty lame track with short lap times and a super sketchy start situation. Hopefully Saturday brings some improvements!

Unless they bring in more dirt, they can fix the start, but I doubt you see longer lap times.

The H3 design has ~3 more lanes so it will definitely be longer. By how much is to be determined.

I must say. That start design made the starts 100x more interesting.
