KYB A-Kit or WP Xact pro for KTM

Edited Date/Time 1/7/2021 4:38am
Anyone here has tried both the Xact pro kit and Kyb A-kit and can talk some about the differences ?

I have the Xact pro kit today and has run it since the release, it works really well when i push the suspension really hard but this requires me to ride a limit i am not comfortable with all the time.
But for my normal "vet" speed the fork feels a little harsh and the rear feels dead compared to stock or Ohlins.
This is setup by RG3 in a few different ways.

I am not a national level rider in any means.but i enjoy riding and run some races and like the combination of performance and comfort.

Bike is 2021 SXF250

I had the Xact pro kit and never felt like they were that great until Craig at Enzo swapped the Cone Valves for a regular shim stack like the KYBs have. The fork was awesome then. You can have the choice of either type of fork action with what you already have.

Yeah but for me living in Norway its not that many running suspension shops really, we allready ship to RG3 in Sweden and the stuff is probably awesome for a faster rider, but if i want something like this done i have to ship far away and that sucks if it does not help.

I have just read the KYB stuff is more plush thats why i asked, but yeah i truly believe the Xact kit is awesome, and the feeling when you push and feel it work as it should is confidence inspiring, just ask my ACL Smile

Look up my bud Karl's shop KAS suspension. I know England is further to ship, but he's done so many of those it may be worth a shot.
