Early 90s KX 250 KHI/KMC full cone type factory race pipe. Unfortunately the titanium core, carbon fiber silencer is already sold. Obviously needs a little clean up from sitting for years, but I’ll let buyer do that if he wants and how he wants....$500 txt if you have any questions 702-672-9611

Just a tip for whoever cleans it up. Fill a container with water big enough to fully submerge pipe, add 1-2 gallons of white vinegar and let sit submerged for 8-24 hours. Have to fill pipe with water and plug both ends so it sinks most likely.

After letting it sit 90+% of the rust will be gone, rest will rub right off with a gentle scuff pad nothing aggressive needed.

Wipe down with wd40 or atf Immediately after or it will flash rust again as it is now complete bare just the air will have it flash rust.


It’s super simple process.

Ok, we can eliminate this pipe being a 90-91 pipe, just by the flange into the cylinder... bummer I would have bought it & put this one up for sale.whatever years it fits would be where the pipe mounts externally on the cylinder .thanks for posting that bad ass pipe anyhow 👍

Sorry, this pipe is for a 2005-2007 KX 250. We had it confused with another one I have. Obviously the big difference being whether it goes in the cylinder or around. Feel free to txt with any other questions or additional photos. Thx- 702-672-9611
