Just bought a brand new 450 and only have about 30 min on the bike when it fouled a spark plug, has anyone ever ran into or heard of this kind of issue with so little time on the bike

Not on a four stroke. Every 90’s CR I owned would start, run about 5 seconds, and foul the crap Champion plug that they came with. I started pulling them and putting an NGK in.
I’d have to guess you got a bad plug or a piece of something that shorted it out. What’s the plug look like?

It was black, I put the bike through about 4 or 5 heat cycles of just letting it run for a couple minutes and maybe creep down the road as I go through the gears then I took it to a local track and road it pretty decent, wasn’t hard on it but road it at a good pace for about 3 10min motos, then the following weekend i took it back to the track and started the bike to warm it up and it ran for about 15sec and shut itself off and wouldn’t fire, long story short it was the plug

Probably just loaded up while sitting there at idle and low rpm. The proof is over the next couple of ride days. These bikes can't sit at idle long. Even being water cooled, when there is zero air flow and no fans they will heat up, this will also change the fuel mapping. So in break in ride the bike at low idle heating properly, then cool down completely, then again running the bike through the gears to half throttle, then cooling down completely. Then another heat cycle to mid throttle. Then cool down, after that let her rip.
