Is it ok to use Titanium Front Brake Caliper Bolts? I was talking to support at Warp9 and asked if they had any. He strongly recommended against using titanium there due to stress.

Also, I'm wondering if a Titanium Front Sprocket Bolt and shock bolts are ok. I cannot find shock bolts.

Race Tech Titanium sells the caliper and countershaft bolts.

My reason for wanting titanium is not for weight. it's so much easier to remove Loctite from titanium than OEM bolts. I swap suspension and sprockets often. To me, it's worth $50 to save time. I've been using a wire wheel and it takes forever. Also, I live near saltwater and bolts quickly corrode.

I use Ti on my front caliper and haven’t noticed any ill effects.

Common on road race bikes.
I use them on my Supermoto bikes.

Ti will be fine for those applications. It's resistance to salt water is remarkable.
