Interesting that they say "ALL" Honda riders get $250, however it is a payment through their contingency program which states only 2019 and newer models are eligible.

Having no riders in 50cc,65cc,85cc,supermini, or 125cc classes, and all but one of the FC riders has "graduated" to the pro ranks. (whereas last year they had 4 FC team riders there) probably made the decision a little easier for them. Good call to support all with the contingency bucks and not just the chosen few.
