Good night, I'm an amateur Rider in Brazil and I'm looking for American drivers to exchange experiences and better understand how the MX works there in the USA.

Good afternoon.

Thank you very much for indicating the content and Aj has already answered me some doubts on Instagram, I want to understand how the tracks work so I can walk, I am AMA accredited and I intend in 2021 to go to train or compete, but I know little about how it works the training part there in your country and running, since there are several materials on the subject but it is a little vague.

I know it's tough with the language barrier, you are speaking/typing english very well, but it is a little unclear what type of information exactly you are looking for. Are you looking for training tips specifically? A lot of the top guys may have similar training habits/"must do's", but a lot of them also work with trainers who alter the training and practice to fit the specific riders. They find what they're good at and not so good at and figure out how to help them improve in both. You may want to look into getting into a riding school or finding a trainer here who can help you at your skill level and work on improving your riding technique and work out regimen.

Good morning, sorry for not being very specific about it.

I would like to know how the trails work in the USA, how much it costs to train, rent a motorcycle etc., would there be a riding school to indicate, and that it has vacation programs?

I also wanted to meet amateur pilots to exchange ideas and be able to bring ideas to improve our sport here in Brazil.

I have an idea: if you change bars, you will be faster! I learned that somewhere, thought I would pass it on!

Today I use the renthal OEM Honda CRF 450R 2019, I think it's a little high, I was told that the lower the handlebars, the better.

But I think it varied a lot from Rider to Rider.
