My son is making his first attempt this year trying to qualify for Larreta‘s we will be running three classes. 85, mini senior one, and super mini. I have tried looking to see what color backgrounds in numbers he needs and have gotten mixed answers. Anybody that’s done this Racing before can you help me understand what to put on a youths bike? I already have both of his bikes fitted with black background and white numbers that we use when we race the local NESC races. If it is indeed white background with black numbers like I have heard are they going to have a problem if I show up with what I have on the bike?

Doesn’t matter at regionals. Check mxsports.com, they should have your answer. Good luck 🤘

Just about certain that at the ranch its white back grounds but shouldn't matter at the regional. Someone in the know may chime in tho.

Background color doesn't matter at the regionals, just make sure you have the same # you had at the qualifier.
