What is this and how do I get it off my frame and motor

I bought a 17 YZ450 from a buddy

It’s got maybe 10 hours and I put 6 of them on early last summer borrowing it (he wasn’t really into it) anyways last time he rode it he put it away dirty.

So cleaning it I found all this gunk and I can’t get it off no matter how hard I hit it was the washer and some chemicals.

So what are my options here?

I live close to the beach and if I let my bike sit with dirt on it I get this similar type of rust dirt gunk stuff on my frame/engine cases in the same spot!

I use this and it works really good

scotch brite pad and wd40. soda blast would probably do the trick too..

Exactly what its from riding on a beach full of sand and glacier silt.

Eagle One rough cast mag wheel cleaner and a toothbrush. Don’t let it hit anything anodized or use it in direct sunlight. Rinse and repeat often until clean.
