Factory 2-stroke pipe mystery

I need help identifying this pipe.
I’m assuming it’s an early 2000’s Honda pipe for a CR250? If the PC badge was stamped it would be a lot easier to identify but the badge is what makes this pipe unique.

Looks like it could be a 2005+ CR250 based on the shape, spigot and mounting tabs.
