Hi. I have Showa forks with the Ohlins cartridge on my '06 CRF450R. I bought them already assembled.
Should I need to replace the seals or bushings, how much oil should I run in the outer chamber?
Same amount as I would if I just had stock forks? Or is the Ohlins cartridge a little different size and
would, therefor, require a different amount of oil?

Thanks!

20-25 hours for a check or replace bush and seals. But if you don't how many hours they are old then just replace it. Don't go on the cheap route with it. Oil use only ohlins. How much ML oil is up to you. I'm using 380ML.

Cartridges are great upgrade compared to the stock showas. Even better in combi with a ohlins rear shock.

Yeah what FU2 said its better to just go through and freshen everything up that way you KNOW its all fresh and serviced. I'd start with the standard 350ml in each leg and adjust if needed, that's usually a good starting point.
