I rode there today and it was really good and fun. Well prepped, got rough and a good work out. The new owner seem to be doing a good job. I hope they keep it up.

I didn't met the last owner but when we went in today the guy who introduced himself as the owner said his name was Steve. Whoever he is, he seems interested in keeping the place damp, rutted and rough. Nice.
