Personally, I think Villopoto is one smart dude. Rather than try to go bonzo in his first year of many in the 450 class, he took his time and got used to the bike, while ratcheting up his speed. He did outstanding in his rookie year, winning 2 of the last 3 races, and is now getting ready for his preferred environment--the outdoors.

This is a contrast to Stewart's method of attacking full-bore in his first year on the big bikes in 2005, where he almost crashed himself to death. He also won races so it worked for him however.

Each guy has a different method and style, though both can be called agressive and both have been highly effective. Stewart has a more "flashy" all-out style while Villopoto's is more relentless and "workman" like.

I was very impressed in 2007 when Villopoto let Townley by during the first moto of a national because he wasn't feelin' it and wanted to see Townley's lines. That is the mark of a thinking racer who understands strategy and tactics.

I truly think that, barring injuries, Villopoto will be the one to beat in the Nationals this year. He has had 6 month + to get comfortable on the big bike and also has the 2 wins to give him a nice boost of confidence.

The music has to reflect the video to a degree,I like it both ways but hearing the bike and the track is best for me Especially when it's a two stroke rippin!.....Go Ryan I wish Stewart and Reed were gonna be out there so they could check out the stickers on ur rear fender as u go by!
