Valentin Gulliod is in talks with 2 Mx GP teams (Gebben Van Rooy, Jacky Martens) for a return to Mx GP to do the full season.
Everybody seems to be in consideration for the Martens team. But i'm actually not sure if the team has actually been announced? I think there was talk it would be announced at Sweden, but did that actually happen?

So what does the whatssap group say abiut pootjes for 2020?
Nothing and that isn't good I guess because there are a lot of dutch people that group. But maybe nothing means that he stays at the same team? I really don't know. What I know is following.

JM Racing on Honda with Lieber other riders are still been talked with but like mentioned Guillod is one of them.
Gebben on Yamaha with backing from Monster because they signed Covington!
Honda Europe quits supporting EMX250 teams because they are supporting JM Racing and could be that also SR Honda would get a little bit. If it isn't from Honda Europe directly then Honda France will get a bit more and then they can spend it on SR Honda.

This is then again one of the more stranger rumors:
Bobryshev could become (again) a rider at the factory Honda team. He doesn't cost much and that would alow the Australian Evans to grow one of even two years more in the MX2 class but already in the HRC/Gariboldi structure.

@Braap:
TM is still in busness but their main focus is the karting world. They have a damn good karting engine that is used by many riders that are now in the F1 for example. But also by riders and teams in the world championship karting. They still keep building motorcycles but on small scale and they are top notch but they don't wanna waste money on a team, because when they would win a GP and people wanna buy TM bikes, they can't build more then they are building now... They were also building a Moto3 bike but I'm not sure how that ended.

Small companies like GasGas (now bought by KTM) and TM should, would and could be such a great asset for the Japanese brands. If they could buy GasGas, TM or Sherco. The know how those brands have about two strokes that would help them to make leaps into the right direction to create 50cc, 65cc 85cc and 125cc kid bikes but also the Enduro two-stroke bikes is a big market if you ask me...

maybe Webster can be the second rider at Bud Racing, I was surprised at assen of his speed tbh and would be a good fit with a lower pressure team to start off as a GP debutant

Good news for Australians is that there should be 4 of them in MX2 next year. Add that too Hunter and Jett in the states and the Aussies are looking pretty good for the next few years

The age limit should be 25. 23 is just way too low for so many riders that either are just getting the hang of things or late bloomers.

There should be no age limit imo.

If Tommy Searle wants to ride MX2 GP's next season why should he not be allowed to do? Just because he isnt 23 anymore.

They have to change it in my opinion. The current system is flawed in that the guys who develop a little bit later have such a small window of opportunity to showcase their talents that one injury and that could be it for their GP career. Another massive flaw is that the EMX250 class is supposed to be a feeder class for the MX2, but the age rules are the same. So a rider could win EMX250 at the age of 23 but then be too old for the class he was supposed to be feeding into. 25 is a more reasonable age limit in my opinion. It gives everyone a fair chance at success

The MX2 age limit should be same as Moto3 age Limit - 28 years of age!!! We need more people like Alessio Chiodi and Youchi Ui.

Also Matterley Basin is maybe kinda sorta comming back on the calendar. What about that, gang? Did the costs of transporting stuff by ferry suddenly drop?

But why keep an age limit if its 28?
I just dont see the use of it.

Still no news on Vlaanderen? Hoping that he picks up a good ride as I expect him to be better on a 450 than a 250.
