Depending on terrain I run the SFS triple clamps from 90 psi to 120 psi. 90 psi for off road and 120 psi for the track. We were able to sneak out to Moab for a snow free ride. It was chilly but perfect. My wife is loving her CRF195 with 21/18 wheels.

Bike looks amazing, one of the better graphics kits I've seen. What fork setup and rear shock are you running now? I'm looking into similar for future saving for my 2015 Husky TC250

THANK YOU!
I am running the Dal Soggio sphere kit in the front and springs for my weight. https://www.dalsoggiorace.com/sphere-hydraulic-cartridge/

Rear shock is stock, added a ractech gold valve, spring for my weight and revalved for off road by Motovate Racing In Rifle, Colorado. The combo works very well for me!

Thanks! It was a tough choice, but I ended up opting for the MX Tech Lucky System and rear shock revalve/spring and convert to a bladder style. I was sweating over going with the sphere's but opted to do more to the rear shock and hopefully have a good balanced setup. I do wish I had a place like Motovate here in OH that can do the weld up version of that Showa Damper as the ride engineering won't work with our Neken TC's.

You chose an incredible set up! One of the fastest off road guys in Colorado Clayton Gerstner runs that set up from 707 suspension in Cali. Your bike will be balanced for sure! Who’s bladder did you go with? I am curious if I should upgrade to a bladder style?

Motovate Racing is a one of a kind moto shop. His shop is on his property which has a sweet mx track and single track so you can test your suspension/work done before you take it home. The owner raced around the world, has some incredible knowledge and will do what ever it takes to have you happy on your dirt scooter. I basically called and said hey Bob I want to run the Neken SFS triple clamps with my Showa dampener, can you make it happen? Of course he chuckled, said no problem and we will do what factory KTM did for the install. There is a negative to having a awesome shop that will do anything.... Your wallet always seems to be lighter than it should ???

I just got my setup back, will hopefully have everything together this weekend. It was the RaceTech Bladder Conversion kit with some small minor tweaks for more reliability. I had the XTrig preload adjustment added to it as well for easier customization. We will see if it was worth once it fully finished and I'm out there crashing.

Unfortunately, no. I got my suspension back in mid May and was hoping to race in the GNCC that weekend. However, I ran into an issue which ended up being a snowball of problems and I've had to rebuild a good portion of the bike . I'm waiting for a final piece that should arrive today for the clutch so I can see if it will start up after all of the work I've done. (Top end rebuild, wiseco elite, Slaves S3 high compression head, powervalve rebuild, new stator, flywheel, ignition coil, and connection to the cdi, as well I switched out my exhaust from HGS to Bills Pipes, new rekluse slave cylinder, rebuilt the clutch master cylinder and new clutch cable)

This is the picture before I added the MX Tech Lucky stickers on the upper forks between the top/bottom clamps and before I switched the exhaust to Bill's.

Going great so far. I've only gotten to put a few hours onto it so far though. I had to do more engine work and took me ages to sort out my clutch issue. Went from S3 head to RK Tek and it made a huge difference in power.

I was kinda doubting my decision to not go with Spheres initially, but so far the Lucky's with the Bladder in the rear have been working excellently. Really balanced and stays grounded for me. Will keep breaking the bike in and trying out different terrains and trails.

I am from Alaska and RK tek was always the man in the sled world, so I couldn’t imagine him not being the man in the 2 stroke dirt bike world. Clutch issues? Getting the rekluse right or other issues?
Mx-tech is so awesome dude! I know you went the the lucky kit on the forks but did you do the tank reservoir bladder kit on the shock? IMO it’s like a B+ kit, A kit would be all the coatings, larger rear shock shaft and all the fancy Akit shit in the forks. Congratulations dude

Been hurt so that equals boredom... Purchased a couple new items for the girl.
1. New FMF TITANIUM/titanium/titanium exhaust, I will hit the header and mid pipe to give it a special look.
2. Destroyed my rear hub at the last race because of a wheel bearing popped out. So decided in a 4 deep redbull state of mind the black rim, black spoke and white hub tusk rim set was the best fix.
3. Racetech rear shock bladder kit was obviously a no brainer to add that wee bit of more plushness to the rear shock.

I did not. I was wanting to see how well it worked "stock" I will likely being doing that at the next service. I have no need for the coatings at the moment. The racetech bladder really complements this system very well.

I saw you are ordering new rims/hubs, if you haven't already purchased I would look into the FasterUSA hubs. I upgraded from Tusk Hubs/Wheels and it was a night and day different in quality. I run the FasterUSA hubs, bulldog spokes, and the after market Excel Takasao rims. Tubliss installed on both front & rear.

I pray I am done but who knows! 🤦🏼‍♂️
New FMF TI/Ti/TI exhaust with the header hit with a torch.
The tusk rims were back ordered for ever so I went with a complete rear warp9 rim. Very impressed
I only test rode in flip flops with the new rear Racetech shock bladder/revalve so no new news.
New emig grips feel amazing.
New galfer front and rear brake pads feel close to OEM.

It made the suspension front and rear work perfectly together!! One of the best upgrades I have done besides the forks, springs for my weight and the Showa stabilizer. Honestly I should have done the bladder kit way earlier!

Thank you dude! The color choices and the matte graphics make her look very unique for sure! The suspension is pretty on point as well! For a ‘15 she holds her self up well against new bikes

I guess I can’t stop..

I will get a updated photo tomorrow of the first stage of fun.
The MotoStuff 280MM front disk and their pro lite rear disk installed. Hammerhead shifter lever, with titanium tip, and titanium bolts installed in the tip was installed. The front wheel bearings needed to be replaced so SKF wheel bearings for the win.

I am doing the crosshatching/micro finishing on the forks and the shock while she is in the shop. Basically what Kreft moto does for a fraction of the price. http://www.kreftmoto.com/microfinish

I am trying to get all the blue off the bike so I purchased a gun metal grey Nihilo gas cap, their black frame guards, As3 black ignition cover plug and black rear brake reservoir cooling extension. The new Hammerhead +10 mm, black shift tip with the black Hammerhead titanium shift lever bolt is legit Af.
Changing up the front plastic to grey and a new graphics kit from MPDECALS

Not that is was needed but I found a brand new factory Rockstar Husqvarna FMF Titanium header that I couldn’t say no to. It’s pretty fucking awesome

Looking forward to seeing this all get put together. I am in the process of doing a ton of stuff to mine and am nearly complete with my build/re-build.

Any plans for engine work? And any specific reason you went with Motostuff over the galfer tsunami? I went the tsunami route with a dirt tricks solid rotor in the rear.

One thing with the hammerhead stuff. I run their shift lever, kick start, and rear brake lever. Make sure they are very tight to the spline and stay tight. I check them quite often.

Thank you Dude! This is version 2.5 of the bike.I keep wanting a new bike, but the wife goes all Dave Ramsey on me and I just buy more parts/plastic/graphics on the side to make her feel like a new bike. Lol
What kind of awesomeness did you add to your bike?

Motor wise: I ride a lot of tight rocky high country single track so mo powa is not needed but do ride out west in the desert a good bit too. So only thing done motor wise is a high compression piston. The ECU has a reflash from Tokyo Mods.

I went MotoStuff over galfer because I got the MotoStuff used from a vital member. I was running the galfer 270 kit and the dirttricks solid rear rotor but I always love trying new equipment so I gave the MotoStuff a try. Trust me I am not even close fast enough to justify these MotoStuff disks but WTF right? They are much lighter than the Galfer 270 kit and dirttricks solid rear disk but that would be expected.

Thank you for the insight on Hammerhead and I learned first hand when I first installed the forged shift lever... lol they like red loctite for sure!! Not really smart but I purchased the aluminum one all black +10mm because the god damn husky blue wasn’t working with the scheme of the bike, I am kinda crazy. I also changed out the the Tusk rear lever as well because of the same reason, the new Hammerhead aluminum shift lever with the titanium tip/titanium tip bolts looks way more bad ass and fits the scheme I want with the bike. Totally pointless but wtf. Freshened up the Cycra bark busters as well, kinda silly but wtf again, I just like to come in fresh every season. Kenda Washougal 2 dual compound front and rear this season. [ima]https://p.vitalmx.com/photos/forums/2020/01/11/397461/s1200_F1D9AC71_7F…]

Not done yet.. The plastics and graphics will have a bitching upgrade as well. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

The factory Rockstar Husqvarna FMF Titanium header is way way too rad IMO. Of course you would think it’s different than a regular titanium FMF header and it is! The shape, length, factory dents, extra thick beads on the welds and of course the extra titanium protection on the front header pipe. Really rad shit!

I like how the Header is routed farther away from the radiator so its not heating the coolant.
