Anyone buy a 6D ATR-2 and have to go up a size?

Again, I'm buying online in a foreign country and most probably can't return the item if it does not fit. I sized my head using the online sizing and it says I fit an XL. However, I currently have a budget LS2 helmet in size XXL and the sizing charts for each helmet are much the same. Any help? My head measures at 23 1/4 inches or 59 cm's.

Get the XXL! 6D’s are on the snug size.

And DAMN! XXL?

What brand of Goggles do you use? Safelite Auto Glass?

I weigh in at 120kg so yeah. Packed on 20kg after an LCL tear a yeah an half ago which has only recently fully healed. Now I'm back on the bike I had to get size 44 pants (used to be 38) LMAO although could of gone to 42 but just nothing available where I live. Goggles are 100% although the safe lite auto sounds interesting Tongue

Yes, I can typically wear a size XL helmet, but the 6D ATR-2 was too snug in an XL, so I went with an XXL.

My 6D is a lot more snug than my previous Shoei. I’ve been a small in every helmet I’ve had minus Fox. Surprisingly enough I went to a medium with the new V3 and it was almost too small. I ended up returning it and going to buy another 6D.

I had an XL Arai helmet and bought a 6D A2 XL and it fit well after I went with thinner cheek pads.
