In route to track for first time in 2 months and on the way decided to make sure my lit pro was working correctly. Last time i was out i had issues getting my Bluetooth on my iPhone 10S to recognize the device. Powered it up and sure enough, it’s telling me i need to “connect to Bluetooth” or “make sure Bluetooth is on”. Problem is, it is on and picking up every Bluetooth device i passed on the highway just not my lit pro. Of course it’s sunday so their customer support is closed.

Anyone have similar issues and/or suggestions for resolving? As FYI- I’ve powered both litpro and phone off/on as well as Bluetooth probably 30 times to no avail... Also ha e latest version of iOS and app.

Obviously this thing wasn’t cheap so am going to be pissed if it’s not working now that the stars are aligned and i made it to track.

Thanks!

Call them tomorrow they are SUPER SUPER supportive of their product. I had a charging issue when they first came out sent it in and it turned out to be my charging cable. I used to carry it in my gear bag, now I leave it at home now.

Yup, give them a shout.

Mine just wigged out all of a sudden and did this rapid red flash - with no way to stop it until the battery died. Plugged it in and same thing.

Called and talked to them for 5 minutes and they have my unit now. Pending water damage, they said they will fix or replace it - which is awesome.

My first LITPro failed to power up the second time I went to use it. They told me they got a bad batch of circuit boards and sent me a new one with a return slip to send the old one back. I've had no problems out of the new one and I also used it yesterday with no problems.

Hey, can you DM me back or email us at athletesupport@nznlabs.com and we'll get this sorted out? Sorry for the frustration of getting to the track and not having your LITPro work! The most common cause in this case is there's another iPhone or Apple Watch the LITPro is already connecting to. Either way we'll get this sorted out for you.

Appreciate the replies all.

Nico- If you mean simultaneously i can confirm that definitely wasn’t the case. If you mean at some point in the past, i have upgraded my iPhone since i originally setup the device. However, the phone i have now is the same phone i had the last time i went riding and was able to get it to work then so not sure why it wouldn’t work this time around.

In any case, i tried calling support again this AM(around 10:30am pst) but didn’t get an answer. Also per your instructions, sent an email to support alias. Thanks is in advance for your assistance getting this resolved.

Hi! We sent our litpro back in when it stopped working (we were told to do so by LitPro) but have heard nothing back since it was delivered. Tried emailing and calling, we were talking to Jacob if that helps. Can you help us? Very frustrating to not know what is going on with such an expensive device!
Thanks!

Update - they claimed mine was structural damage and not warrantied. I never crashed or damaged it in any way. I have tried calling 3 separate times now and can not get ahold of anyone.

They still have my unit..... going on 2 months now.... and no answer other than “idk bro, the circuit board is bent.... which idk how that happened because the case is mint”

Haha. Welcome to the club. Customer service is laughable at best. Had 4 emails and 2 calls go unresponded to over the course of multiple weeks. When i finally did hear from them they had the audacity to say they found structural damage but were sending me a replacement as a customer courtesy. I told them nice try but my device had been broken basically since i bought it and was in flawless condition when i sent it to them.

What response did i get from the owner? An apology for such piss poor communication or for attempting to blame me for their defective product? Nope, he tried saying i probably damages it by pressing too hard on it when attaching it to the Velcro.... LOL. Right.... Went on to play the “we’re just a small company card” as if that alleviated them from having to respond to emails with 2 weeks or return a phone call from time to time....

Hey guys, not making any excuses for the responses you have gotten and it’s sucks the situation you are in.

But LitPro is a very very small company. The guys ride and are trying to offer a cool product to us the average joe. I’ve been over to the office and I know the guys are working there ass off with LitPro being a passion project at this point.

None of this is an excuse, just wanted to chime in and give my 2 cents that they are good guys trying to keep the company afloat.

No matter if you are big or small Don't sell a product you can't support 100% on defects.

I have had 2 LITPro’s since they were first released (one for me and one for my son) I have always had the best of customer service from them. Was in contact with them last week, regarding lending my sons LITPro to an up and coming junior they got back to me in 24 hours accounting for our time differences.
Have been to their offices on numerous occasions on my visits to the USA. I can’t fault anything they do.
Great company to deal with.

I also got the same response. Sounds like this is there stranded cop out line. Im in Australia it cost me $50 to send it back. After having to chase it up with 4 emails I got the line its "Structural Damage " That's bullshit' I know for a fact there was no crashes with our LitPro on and our Litpro rides on its own shelf in the van when not in use. After them telling me it was no good and saying I need to buy another unit I asked them to send it back. Ive opened it up to have a look myself and I can tell you now there is no structural damage at all. Im a very unhappy customer bases on there support I have advised friends here not to buy the product based on there support and look for other options
That's my opinion

"Bent circuit board" yeah ok. Hopefully this is not the new excuse for all manufacturers on warranty claims.
