Hey fellas,
Just wanted to see everyone thoughts on 2 stroke exhaust repairs. Has anyone had any luck with the repair kits you can get online?

Cheers,

Decent size dents. I'll try get some pictures when I get home. Doesn't have to be perfect just don't want to have to replace everytime it gets a dent.

Dent repairs used to be done with air, and I think this method can still be used effectively.
I have seem some demos on the hydraulic (water) method from Tokyo offroad and it is awesome! I think the main benefit is safety of the user, but also can be used to open flattened segments of pipe, as is commonly the case with a hit to the left side of a 250/300 exhaust. Check them out on youtube.
I know that Tokyo offroad has a kit that they promote, but there are probably other companies that will copy and release a similar unit or DIY. If I was doing frequent repairs, I would look into dent and fold repairs using hydraulic pressure.

I create my own dent repair by myself and use Hydraulik Oil and a Pump.
It is a little bit dangerous but it Works very well

What bike is it? I can do Husky/KTM or Beta 250/300. $50 + Freight

ah, just saw You're in Australia! Freight wouldn't be worth it! Check out the Hydraforce Blow Out Kit. It works wonders as long as there are no cracks
