Any vintage guys know any info on these?

A guy at work offered these to me for $40 so obviousky I’ll take them just for the condition, but would like some info about them. The metal plate says Oscar by Alpinestars and the top front of the boot says Roger Decoster in gold on them, did Alpinestars make a Roger edition and if so, roughly what year? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

They are gold ! Around 1975 .
Roger was the original A stars rider of note and these were available to the public , later models had the metal plate
And were rebranded and sold as HI POINT in USA.

Can anyone give an estimated value on these? I knew 40 bucks was a no brainer, just don’t know anything more than that

The enduro style lug soles aren’t as desired. You’ll definitely get north or $100 for them for somebody who plans to dress up a mannequin with them, but if someone was planning to race vintage with them, they’d need a resole. Still a good find at $40!
